For decades, St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Church has served as a cultural and spiritual home for Ukrainians living in Southwest Florida and for countless visitors who feel drawn to the beauty of Ukrainian traditions. The Christmas Bazaar reflects that spirit — blending faith, food, family, and craftsmanship into a joyful gathering for all.
The event is hosted by St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Church and organized by a dedicated team of parish volunteers, including the Church Sisterhood, the Church Council, and numerous parishioners who donate their time and talents. Many volunteers belong to local Ukrainian organizations such as the Ukrainian National Women’s League of America (UNWLA), Ukrainian American Veterans, the Ukrainian American Men’s Social Club, and St. Andrew’s Cultural Center. Their combined efforts create an atmosphere filled with warmth, authenticity, and holiday cheer.

The Bazaar’s bakery section — the pikarnia — is always a highlight. Here you’ll find homemade tortes and other seasonal treats. Every baked good is crafted by talented parishioners who pour love and time into each recipe — making this the perfect place to pick up something delicious for your holiday table.
